The Simpson Block, located at 115-119 King Street West in downtown Kitchener, was originally built in 1895 to house William Simpson’s furniture factory and retail store. The heritage property has been transformed to house commercial office space while preserving its significant architectural elements. The four-storey, brick-and-beam building features exposed brick walls, open ceilings, and arched windows customized to match the building’s heritage features.
