Perimeter Development Corporation HQ

Located at 119 King Street in Kitchener, Perimeter Development Corporation decided to relocate its head office from Toronto into their newly redeveloped property in The Simpson Block. The two-storey office fit-out involved the collaboration of Thinkform Architects + Designers to create a modern, loft-style office space. The final product includes exposed high ceilings and interior brickwork as well as a modern glass and aluminum feature staircase. This project won the 2013 Design at Work Western Ontario Award presented by the RGD, ARIDO, and ACIDO.
