Mammoet Canada Western’s head office is located on a 45-acre property in Edmonton, Alberta. The 75,000 square foot facility is home to a 30,000 square foot, three-storey concrete office building and an extensive 54 foot high maintenance shop. Within the maintenance shop are five overhead cranes: two 35 ton, two 15-ton, and one 10-ton. The property also features green technologies, including a large geothermal system powering the in-floor heating and office heating systems. This turn-key development was completed and turned over to the client in July 2009.
