Cineplex Digital Solutions is a 14,600 square foot office fit-out of the 137 Northfield Drive building within the Northfield Station property. Together with ABA Architects Inc. and Interior Designer Lorelie Ratz, Zehr Levesque completed a unique and inviting modern industrial office space. This interior space was focused on incorporating elements of the exterior within the building including exposed wood and structure. The features of the space include polished concrete floors, porcelain tile, plywood panel feature walls, numerous styles of light fixtures, and extensive glazing creating an open-air feel.
