Once a piece of the Van Dresser automotive parts company, the property located at 141 Northfield Drive in Waterloo is now the home to Nissan Waterloo. The 19,600 square foot facility was built to the Nissan Canada specifications including floor-to-ceiling glazing in the showroom, a customer lounge, and an extensive millwork package. This facility also features an eleven bay maintenance shop, complete with above-ground hoists and an alignment bay.
