Located at 29 King Street East in downtown Kitchener, this project involved the transformation of former commercial space into a multi-use residential building. With the help of the City of Kitchener façade program, the exterior of the 1950s era building had a face-lift, to match the renovations completed on the interior. The ground floor level was transformed into three separate tenant spaces, with the second floor dramatically changing to house seven loft-style apartments.
